eddie contacted me a few months ago to cover a surprise birthday dinner for his then girlfriend, wendy. told him it’ll be a bit odd for me to sit around and cover just a dinner. it turns out it was a big deal ;-). i was one of two people that knew it was a surprise birthday dinner turn wedding proposal. fun times!
